When you right-click on the Greasemonkey icon in the status bar, the menu displayed has a list of the 'current' scripts. You can disable (uncheck) any one of them by clicking the name of the script in the menu. If you right-click the name, you can edit its source.

But with Greasefire installed, in addition to the script's source, the Greasefire's 'Scripts for...' window is also displayed, which is a bit annoying...
