What if you already have 5,000 friends on facebook, and 12,000 mafia members?

Is there anything special that needs to be done to run this. I installed it and still got this message.
You need to be friends with Don Matt to provide help.

You still only going to be able to have 5000 facebook friends. The mini how to is in the about section now.
