I don't know what 0.3.1 broke but when looking at trade transport screen the Useless Navy button says there are 0 (zero) warships in transit even when in the military advisor's screen it shows those and the button shows how many trade ships are in route.

Merchant navy view don't have fleet movements that's mean you couln't have useless "fleet" movements in this page ;o)
