Add a button that lets the user report a broken script that appears in the search results so that it can be omitted from future searches and from the updates download list.

Look along the top of the script page, there's tabs for "About", "Source Code", "Reviews", "Discussions", "Fans", "Issues", "Share". You're looking for the "Issues" tab.
