How to add more sites?

I am badly addicted to sites like Twitter and services Google Reader. I was in need of something which can 'warn' me, every time I visit those websites. You can add other services or sites by editing the source code. To add more sites : 1> Edit the source code. Add more '@include' options. OR 2> Use the "Manage Scripts" Option of Greasemonkey add-on (for Firefox)to "Add" pages.
