That's actually what I thought this script was meant to accomplish, but it doesn't. I haven't written a script before, so I can't edit it on my own without help.

If I can't, can you create one that does it? I want the thumbnails to link to the full image url, not a page containing it, as the "-h" in the link currently does.

This script actually was made to set the -h because of the bug mentioned on this script's about page. Meanwhile Google fixed the problem, so this script isn't necessary any more for it's intended use.
Since the original problem is solved this script could be modified to accomplish your desired relinking. I'll make an update for it.
