Hey,

I'm using this for the Facebook Updates page, because when you become a fan of something on Facebook, you receive updates by default.

Every week or so I have to untick all the new ones I've become a fan of, so I don't receive the annoying updates.

But thankfully this script helps me out and does it for me :)
