It's inching along like an old car now, and I wish I knew the JavaScript to fix it. But YouTube is constantly changing itself, so even if I figured one thing out, it would be broken soon enough anyway.

I just want to say, I still really love the idea behind this plugin. And, in fact, broken as parts may be, I still use it, (in combination with the HQ+720p Ultimate plugin http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/31864 ), and I guess I wouldn't have it any other way. It's just so much easier on my eyes, and the ability to downscale and upscale things, it keeps me from minding the differences in quality from videos, if it's low-quality, I can just notch it down, or, high quality, I can bring it all the way up, but then 100% is usually too close, so I like to have it at 90%, and, with this plugin, I can have it anywhere I want, and that's great. :)

If you're still around, it'd be awesome if you'd ever look into updating this again. But, it'd be a labor of love, and I'm sure you don't have an abundance of free time to spend on making scripts like this, so, whatever. -- I still love it, I just wish it would work as perfectly as it used to.

What can I say...sometimes I am on the ball with this, and other times not so much.

Recently I've had a lot more real web work to do which has delayed my capacity for maintaining this script. At the same time, as the changes on YouTube build up, fixing the script becomes more imposing, especially since this time around I had three or four half implemented features in the works when I got sidetracked. And I'm a lazy bastard.

I'm not sure if you were aware of this script when it was first posted about 2 years ago. It worked fine until October 07 when YouTube pushed out a major overhaul to their video page and permanently broke the script. The changes were so extensive that the only real option was a total rewrite, which I did not get around to doing for almost a year. Hope no one was holding their breath.

Anyway, it should work better for now, thanks for sticking around!

Ooooh, update, May 11th. You're awesome.

And I understand about other work. I am immensely grateful for any time you spend on this. -- I'll go and check out what's up now. Thanks. :)

I wish there were any way I could help out, but, it'd take a lot of learning just to figure out how any of this works, much less keep up with changes.

Well, good luck in everything.
