I added http://*.basecamphq.com/* into the included sites but it still doesn't seem to be firing up. Is this script not compatible with projects under that domain for some reason?

Did you add the https version of the URL as well? I´ve added both the http and https URL to the script. Could you please reinstall it and let me know if it works for you?
