TOC toggle & print (previously Toggle TOC link gone???)

I found today that Simplepedia/Devpedia removes the show/hide link for the contents. Consequently I found myself having to save the bookmarklet to show/hide the TOC. Please put back the link. |

I never use it, so I hid it. Simplepedia doesn't have a print version but it would be trivial to add one. Then I could force the Table of Contents table to be hidden in the print version, and take the screen version's toggle away again. |

CSS provides a specific attribute for 'screen' and 'print' versions of a document. Most sites just have one for 'all', but I could easily make a 'print' version of Simplepedia. Footnote hyperlinks and top/bottom navigation make no sense for a print version, they might as well disappear. I'll experiment this weekend hopefully. |
