suggestion - sorting certain discs together

I see it's already on your to-do list to make sure series discs sort together and in the right order. How about also making sure bonus discs sort together with the movie disc? For example: "Punch-Drunk Love" and "Punch-Drunk Love: Bonus Material". |

Hi carol5, I've thought a long time about how to deal with these things... With movies like P-D-L, Netflix treats the main movie and the special features discs as separate movies, each with their own ratings and recommendations. The same applies to season discs... each season is separate from the others. Series discs, however, are not separate. Even though there may be multiple discs, the season is rated as if it were one disc. In your queue you can see that the other discs in a series don't show a rating, only the first disc in the series has that indication. So series discs should always be kept together. Although initially I too thought it better to keep related discs together, I've since decided to not do this and to do whatever Netflix does. However, as a configurable option, your request does make sense. So let me add that to my to-do list. :) |
