thx for a great great great script !

My only 'complain' is that it makes non-chapter pages ugly, especially the 'begin to read' page.
I correct this by manually setting the 'included pages' to 'http://*onemanga.com/*/*/*/*'. I believe that this should be the default, and in that way you could omit all of the 'excluded pages' list.

Can't wait for the next release!
