International Language Support

As of version 1.0.1, I have added support for additional languages; currently this only suports English and French (as that was the initial request for internationalisation).

If you wish support to be added for a different language, or want to fix an error, you will need to tell me:

a) The Name of the Language
b) A translation for these words/phrases: "Battle for" and "Sea Battle for" (as used in the combat report list in the military advisor).

You made small mistake ; sea battle title at twice time for english.

And I feel is not better way to grab language setting from host because some host use special domains names and some domains have experimental servers in english (aka s666, speed server, etc).
See my TriumphalArch.Grab.Language() function to prevent this problem ;o)

Thanks, have updated the English text.

Have partially incorporated your suggestion for Languages (porting the code over to use jQuery for simplicity), will link it through to the text in a couple of days.
