The problem I have with your script is that it does a little more than I bargained for. I love the idea of read above and read below but your script also reads all items in between my currently clicked item and the last item I clicked which can be inconvenient sometimes. I would like if there were an option that could be disabled or enabled, but I can work around the issue for now.
