Whenever I'm viewing one of my own videos with this script enabled, the title says "Annotations Editor Toggle annotations editor Toggle annotations editor" followed by the video title, all hyperlinked to the download link. The flash object that toggles the editor also goes missing. I can't remember when exactly this started happening, but it was within the last few months.

See my reply to Kirara here. It's about the "turn down the light" button, but the problem is the same
