[Feature Request] Pause & Full screen by mouse clicks

Possible to get these 2 features implemented into this awesome script? :B

1. Pause video by clicking once.
2. Full screen on double click, and again to exit it.

I've tried the existing scripts but they either don't work
or have other features that 1) I don't want or 2) break this script :)

Also tried merging them, but to no avail (I seriously hate javascript :s)
