I hope everyone has been able to use this without any problems. I am not sure about the links at the bottom for each city, I have not tested that yet. If you are having any problems feel free to reply to this discussion or make a new one.

Hey jpt, thank you very much for the script. I was just wondering could you tell me where to change the colors so it's easier on the eyes to read? Having a flat white background can be very strenuous. I wanted to try maybe a dark grey background, light grey highlighting of different posting, and white text along with that. Kind of like how this post comment box is when you reply to a discussion.

Also, I know you said the family filter redirects if kids try to go to the link directly, but is there a way to remove all of the "blank4blank" tags too? That is not blocked for some reason.

Great script and thanks!

As for the colors you can modify the CSS near the bottom of the script. Before the } else { the "addGlobalStyle("CSS HERE"); is for the main page. The addGlobalStyles after the } else { are for all the other pages on Craigslist (i.e. the jobs listings and individual job pages.).

As for the parental controls, you need to, while on any Craigslist.tld page. enable it via the monkey in the bottom corner then User Script Commands. You will see an option to turn family safe on. This will remove all personals links, erotic services link and the adult gigs link as well as redirect you to the craigslist homepage when someone manually goes to say, /w4m/

I hope this answers your questions :)

Some categories are also missing, most notably "Antiques" and "Appliances". There may be others missing from the list, but I haven't taken note of them yet.

Also, the "Other Cities" list is missing, which lists other cities within your selected state.

I have a feeling this script is dead. I love the way it changed the look of craigslist, but all kinds of things don't function as they should. I go to the Toronto one, and clicking on post an ad gets me something totally different than it should. Oh, well. Maybe will have to see if there is something else out there.

Amazing script, but seems that it has become dated. :(
