Could you add a code to it so it removes the Highlights seen on right side of the users Home page as well? Other then that it works great

Great that you like it. I kinda like the Highlight section on the right side, but I have prepared for you to delete it. Just change the last strip of the GM_addStyle from:

'.UIHotStream { }'

to:

'.UIHotStream { display:none }'

This will delete the feeds but not the headline, I can work on a workaround for that later.
