This is the only Megavideo script I am using, and it isn't working. I get the download button on the video page, but when I click it, nothing happens.

Updated, try it now

Well it tries to download the file now, but when it's done, all that's left is the .part file.

Edit: renaming the file and removing the .part and just leaving it a .flv works. So, THANK YOU so much! Wonderful script.

You welcome (:
You can also right click and use "Save As" to circumvent Firefox's need for a .part file.

to fix the save to flv file itself,

in function tagload() change

var flv = 'http://www'+s+".megavideo.com/files/"+decrypt(un, k1, k2)+'/';

to

var flv = 'http://www'+s+".megavideo.com/files/"+decrypt(un, k1, k2)+'/' + title + '.flv';

Nice, love the update.
Really starting to come together.

If you would like the info to watch video in alternative player let me know.

Sure, shoot.

Does it have seeking?

It is coming together, isn't it? (:

Yes, It's a very good player, and yes this is the only MV script that I like.

var flv = 'http://www'+s+".megavideo.com/files/"+decrypt(un, k1, k2)+'/' + title + '.flv';

embed:
var altplyr = '<embed src="http://www.illimitux.net/addon/mv.swf?r=16_9&f=' + flv + '/&r=16_9" height="500px" width="800px">';

or

link:
var altplyr = 'http://www.illimitux.net/addon/mv.swf?r=16_9&f=' + flv + '/&r=16_9';

you can link or embed. (:

I made another button like your download and gave it the same style with a custom icon like you did, if ya want it to put up here let me know. This players home has a way to bypass the time limit, if I figure out how they are doing that I will share that info as well.</embed>

Can't use it, it doesn't have an option for seeking parts of the video that haven't been buffered. I opened a new thread for suggestion so if you have others post em there.

And you can't bypass their restrictions without changing your IP, so that website is just a fancy proxy... its much easier to change your own IP.

It was working a month ago, but now i noticed that it is not working on the final version of opera 10. When i load a megavideo link, some strange windows appear for just a moment before "loading....", and then everything continues as usual. This script is not working at all.

Guys, please report bugs on the other thread, I don't like having "not working" showing up as the lastest comment post. lifeh2o, this script was never ment for anything other than Firefox, but I'll look into it.
