This is annoying. |

likewise. had to turn off FBMW altogether just to be able to browse my other tabbed pages. I'd like to get rid of that pop-up asking for captcha input altogether or at least make it selectable. The regular captcha page at least allows you to navigate the rest of your browser. |

I'm having the same problem. I saw this post on the MW support forum.
Are you Human? Captcha Re: Mw captcha New postby Mr Provolone » Thu Feb 26, 2009 2:35 am The Captcha appears to be broken. Please hold on while the developer fixes this. I hope that this doesn't just affect those with the script, since I looked around in different MW groups and forums and haven't seen any others except this one guy and us with this problem, and that one guy may be using the script as well. However, I had the same problem even with GM disabled, so I think we're safe. |

omg .. problem still unresolves after 3hours .. :( |
Oddly enough, people are still posting results for actions they've taken, and the hitlist is still getting used and people are coming off the hitlist, so I am guessing that this only affects some people. |

i've tried firefox, google chrome, and internet explorer. none of them will let the captcha picture display. even firstly tried un-installing gm and fbmw++ b4 trying google and ie but nothing is working for me either. |

Wondering why they dont temporaly off the CAPTCHA ... Now everybody is waiting for this to resolve ... |
OH YEAH ... i found the temp solution ... what you can do now is disable GM first, try to heal up once, and CAPTCHA will pop up, save it into *.html fils. Open this *.html file, then view source hunt for "75.101.250.165", replace it with "75.101.250.145", save and refresh the local saved *.html files. Then you should be able to see and view the CAPTCHA. Input that captcha into your live running MW page. It should work. |

If anyone is bored and can program - wouldn't this be an excellent script for Greasemonkey to handle? |
or you may try below ways too .. |
That's what I was about to suggest. I glanced at it, but don't speak greasemonkey yet, and have too many other projects on my plate, but I imagine it should be easy for someone. |

If you are using Firefox, you don't have to go through all that trouble of saving html files to view the CAPTCHA image. Here is the simple solution: 1. Press escape to make the CAPTCHA dialog box go away.
