The script works but displays the opening parenthesis, i.e. displayed "(124". I edited the script by adding one to title_first_paren and it fixed the problem - "124". window.title_first_paren = document.title.indexOf('(') + 1; Running ff 3.0.6 and better GReader 0.5.2 with the minimalistic skin |

Same thing here. And when I hit J to see the next news piece the title goes back to normal (ie. "Google Reader (923)") |

Right you both are! Sorry for the delayed response. gtg590x, you're right and I put in that edit. Wikzo, that's part of a larger problem where it goes back to normal whenever that number changes. So if you read another item, a new one comes in or anything, that title is going back to normal. I haven't solved that problem yet, but I'm working on it. |
