i don't want a mp4 or a high quality video at the the begining of the video.....how do i do it???

You could change the script, in the first lines:

// EMBED: true: use MP4 plug-in. false: use the youtube flash player.
var embed = true;

Putting embed to false:

var embed = false;

Right now, this is the only way (at least the simplest). And HD is not optional... I'm working in a version that adds easy-to-change options right from the web, without touching the code.
