Updated to work with the redesigned login page.

You now need to have #simple at the end of the bookmarked URL for the autologin to kick in.

Without #simple, the script can't know whether you want simple or full login from the login page.

Updated because the URL changed. Note that you will need to update your bookmark to https://www.icabanken.se/Secure/Login/LoginPw.aspx?JSEnabled=1&Pnr=NUM#simple and that if you update the script, you will likely need to include the https://www.icabanken.se/* URL path manually.
