Um... I like the idea here...but it isn't working. There were a few times that a dock badge did show up as the page was loading, but once the page finished loading it disappeared. I actually made a script for facebook that brings back the badges for the inbox messages, maybe you can look at that for a fix? I don't know if that will help or not. My script isn't perfect, but it works....just can't get the badge to go away in mine when your new message count is zero....just keeps showing the badge with a zero on it.
