SO I am not the brightest light in the harbor when it comes to scripts, but is it at all possible to generate a script which increases the chance of getting one of these weapons every time you do a job? Not 100%, but more like 50%? It is a bit retarded that I have had to do the job 15 times to get 1 shotgun, and I need 10 of them to get a 20% chance of a AK? Is there any way to increase my odds, or am I just unlucky?

A script won't change your odds. However, you can use a script to make it more efficient by allowing the script to do jobs for you automatically and when you are not there. This way you have more chances in a day than you would otherwise.

To get the tactical shotgun you have to do the Drug Smuggling by Sea, which requires 30 energy. If it takes 4 minutes to regen a point of engergy, then you can do the job every 2 hours. So, 12 times a day potentially. With a 1 in 5 chance of getting one, you should get at least 2 per day. You should have your 10 in less than a week.

Of course, not getting a single one in 15 tries is definitely unlucky, but you never know, you may end up getting three in a row ... just keep at it.

Sigh. I guess I won't be buying a lottery ticket anytime soon

we've all been there, and put in the patience to get them... the odds may not be as great as we'd like, but it really is great to not only get the 2 most powerful weapons if the game for 'free', but they don't cost any hourly upkeep. i'm now selling a cheytac for each ak-47 i get... it's adding up!

well .. i've more than 100 point now, should i go for hired gun or insider ? Looks like insider is more attracting ..

Do not blow your points on weapons, it just doesn't make sense. An AK47 will net you +5 attack and +2 defense. However, for the same points you can get TWO hired guns. Outfit them fully with CheyTacs/TactArmor/Humvee and you have netted yourself +88 attack and +90 defense.

Yes, this will increase your Upkeep costs, but so what? Win a bounty or two, buy some property. Easy enough to even that out.

Insider, on the other hand, CAN be worth it if you are dedicated to playing enough during the insider window to take advantage of it ... essentially, the way to look at that insider allows you to heal more quickly, make money a little more quickly, and fight more frequently. Do the math to determine if this will allow you to level faster, etc. and gain a greater advantage through attribute points than you have had gotten through additional hired guns.

thanks for the advise Crypto, and of course, i won't spend it for weapons. I'll either go for insider or hired gun ...

I've found that I have better odds when I do a series of the prerequisites first, like doing 10 acquire illegal weapons and then do 10 illegal weapons smuggling in a row. Don't know why that is but its consistently better for me.

Don't waste GF points on stuff you can get just from doing jobs!!! The percentage you get from the insider is negligible. You'll see a difference after a long period of time. The future of this game rests in how many hired hands you'll have.

CryptoNight User

Well, you really need to do the math on insider. Insider is now also offering an extra GF point for each level, so if you are able to level quickly you can end up with more GF points to get more hired guns that you would have otherwise had.

never go for aks i beat every person i fight who has 100 aks, because i put a lot towars attack and all my men have cheytacs, and shotguns i have 950 mobsters with 55 aks, and i have won 10000 fights and lost 3000

always hbitred hitman, if youve been getting the aks good luck catching up on your hired hitman when you hit that wall of 1000 human mobsters and need the 1000 hired hitman, i'll be whoopin on ya
