it's nice to have an option, but I dont want to basically get http://www.monzy.org/unsafesearch/ results every single time I use google...

Yes it always does it. Disable it if you don't want a safe search.
EDIT: Apparently I didn't realize what you meant. This script just turns the safe search feature off in Google.
