CTRL+LMB (open in new tab) not work, when the script works and option "Open all links in new tab" are off - is this normal?
Now I can't choose when and which page to open in new tab.

Sorry about that. It has to do with the way that it handles clicks. Something which I will be changing soon, but in the meantime it won't work in this version. Thank you for reporting this. I already have the fix coded out, and will release it soon. I'm just going to do a bit of testing to make sure it doesn't break anything else.
