I don't understand how to make it work.

Moves based on user defined string. To ensure compatibility, add these following values from the url about:config

greasemonkey.scriptvals.http://nq2guy.tz//NeoQuest II Remote Control.Path , string , 1
greasemonkey.scriptvals.http://nq2guy.tz//NeoQuest II Remote Control.pathIndex , integer, 0

What does that mean & how do you do that? Can someone give me an example code of what it should look like?

usage:
#go to about:config and set the filter to nq2guy
#find greasemonkey.scriptvals.http://nq2guy.tz//NeoQuest II Remote Control.Path
#modify it to one of the following number arrays..
#make sure pathIndex is set to 0
#enable nq2 remote control
#click the url bar and hit enter to start going
