How to start from a certain page?

When I have already downloaded about 150 pages and reach the download limit I want to come back next day (or change the IP) and keep going from the page #151. In this way, I can download the whole book...Since the Google Book Downloader always begins from 0 and stops at about 250 (even if it is 250/600) so I wonder if there is any way to make it start from a certain number... |

Or if there are any method to make the Google Book Downloader receive all the links so I can save and redownload it later... |
