Passive refresh question

this might be a dumb question but with passive refresh can you have it refresh to the home page? just in case someone is attacking and my health is running out or just low I would like it to just heal me every once in a while. |

From what I've experienced, passive refresh seems to simply refresh on your last page. |

Then say that I am on the homepage but just left the hitlist will it then go to the hitlist or the homepage since that is the current page? |
