I've (finally!) had some time to work on this - version 9 adds support for blocking several of the new networks (Chitika, InfoLinks and ResultLinks). I've been unable to find examples of either Amazon's Content Links or Clicksor's text link ads - if anyone comes across any in the wild, post a link and I'll add support for them as well.
