Wow this is definitely better than yousable youtube script.

Basically it will load the normal quality first, then 1 sec later switch almost instantly to the highest quality one. As opposed to yousable youtube which refreshes the page. This works with all videos, up to HD 720P (with the one below it being h264 one)
