Do I need to have as many Mini-Guns to arm my Turret-Armed Humvees? According to my stockpile report, my Mini-Guns are unused. Does the attack/defense for the Turret-Armed Humvee go down if you don't have the complementary amount of Mini-guns?

you need a minigun to buy a humvee, once the humvee is bought that minigun is gone. you dont need miniguns other than when you buy a humvee, so yes they are wasted.
