Allways getting Update message

HI
I get this message about 3 times every 24hours:

There is an update available for the Greasemonkey script "FBMW+."
Would you like to go to the install page now?

but when i go there to chek, it can say " Last update 8 hours ago" more or less, some times even days..
Why? Can i turn this off somehow?
because when this comes up, the scrips stops.. :(
