I expect to get attacked every now and then by someone I've probably taken a swipe at on the hit list, but i'm at the point now where it's getting really annoying. Question: I take it that messiesam is not returning fire (since it is just a way to die quicker), how is it that BIG TONY SOPRANOS (sic) is able to continue attacking?

This looks like a similar thing to my question of a few days ago when someone 100-200+ levels kept attacking me too.

I'll have a try at talking to him. I am also member of a number of mediation groups - leave it with me. I am at his level too so if all else fails, VIOLENCE WILL ERUPT!

Do not return any attacks! If you do, that then leaves you open for all attacks from him for 2 more hours. My guess is that you took a swipe at him on the hitlist, or you gave someone else problems, and he is the hired assassin- in which case, just message him and see what you did, and ask him to please stop.

Chrisos, and Jimbob. I dont think I've returned fire in over 2 hours, so not sure how he's still attacking me. I do try and stick to the don't hit back rule ( learnt that a few days ago ) but I was peed off initially at loosing 1.7 million :( Since then though I've just been trying to wait it out.

I dont think talking would make a difference, (but your probably right) I think this guy likes to bear a grudge :?

If you do not attack him back he cannot hit you after 2 hours from your last attack, simply do not retaliate!

Ill knock him around a bit. I doubt he'd spend the money to hitlist me at 3.5 billion per hit. And even if he does, I only lose 250 experience - gained back in about 4-5 attacks.

I see this guy on the hitlist often. I've hit him but he never retaliated at all. Maybe he just picks a few unlucky ones.

When I get attacked off the hitlist by lowbies, I usually attack them into the hospital then forget about it. One guy went nuts like this on me, but I leveled very quickly on him and now I can pummel him. Would you believe he's got 2 friends after me now? (he's always hiding in the hospital)

While I love the script and accept that one of the downsides to it, is coming across mean s.o.b's who like to make a point, and then some, I think a 2 hour window is too long a time for them to hit you. In the hour before I noticed Big Tony, he'd attacked 17 times and killed me twice,(the script kept healing me so he could carry on) and that's without me taking a swing at him.

@The ginfactory, I must be lucky too, Big Tony's gone, replaced by a guy that had attacked me 10 times in a row, before Big Tony, so I guess it's his turn again lol.

Oh Well :) I'll wait him out too.

I can handle coming back at me when I take a swipe at you on the hit list. Some good back and forth with a close level is fun too. I think once is making your point , but when your level is so much hight enough is enough.

I had two of those as well. Even after I cut off the money he was taking (his name was "Gimme your lunch money") he kept it up until me and some others (apparently) hit listed him a few times. Even after that he came back the next day looking for a fight. Eventually he went away.

i had the same problem last night too with a guy named THE YAKUSA. i did get the kill on him initially for a good bounty. but then he absolutely hammered me to the point that i turned off the auto heal. he must have had a script that attacked me automatically when i was out of hospital as i turned the auto heal on about a hour later and within 5 seconds of going back to my home page he was into me again. the attacks lasted for about 8 hours. i even turned the auto heal off again and kept punching myself in the face the stay in hospital for a couple of hours and as soon as i turned the auto heal back on he hammered me again. actually after having another qiuck look through my homepage there are another 3 players who have hammered me repeatedly, and only the guy mentioned at the top in this story has been attacked by myself. dunno where the other 3 came from. i can't seem to find any of their user id's. can someone tell me where to find it.
