What is the purpose of this I'm level 49 (small potato I know) but I see it listed in my jobs list, yet no job requires it? any ideas?

MS, they give you extra attack. So, when you distill liquor, then make molotov cocktails, you get 40 of them, which are pseudo-randomly used in your fights to give you extra attack. You'll notice that at your level, distilling liquor is a pretty good experience/energy payout, so you can then use the molotov cocktails to help your fighting whenever you're going to be doing a lot of attacks. They're worth 30 attack each.

Just remember though, they can ONLY be used when attacking, and sometimes a bunch are used at once, and sometimes none are--it's all pseudo-random.
