I can't seem to get this to work. I changed "0" to "1". it doesn't seem to work. am I missing something or am i not looking that the right place?

This function only rewrites the links to other videos on that pages.

And you have set unavailable number.
You can choose the number for setting to this value from the list on the following pages.

~~But~~ Note: it is not that all option numbers are available in all youtube videos.

I usually have set to 18. It seems to work fine in many videos.
