any suggestions for automating the deletion process of all the newly added friends for your mob?

Make a friend category called Mob Wars and make sure all your invited MW friends go there. When you invite or confirm a friend you can choose where to put them. After that you can go to "friends," choose you mob wars group and click near the bottom, "Delete this list."

That's not quite automation but makes it pretty painless on your part. Not everything can or needs to be done by a script.

well thats easier than it used to be

Flyfisherman: Doesn't that delete the list itself, not the people in it?

Well, yeah it does, but then you just make a new mob wars list. Tbone2112 wanted to know how to delete all the friends added for his mob.

then that doesnt do what i want to do. I want to delete the friends, i dont care about the list to be honest, its the 100+ people that i dont know nor care to know that i want to remove

OK, within your main friends list "Everyone" you can create other lists to organize your friends. I have a "family", "Friends", "Work", etc. and a "Mow Wars" list. You put all those fake "Mob Wars" friends into that list. Once you have all those friends accepted into your mob you can delete the "Mob Wars" list. After that if you need more mob members you can make a new list called "Mob Wars" and start over. That's the easiest way to delete a bunch of people. Put them in their own group and delete the group. Isn't that what you want?

Ok, I'm an idiot. That wouldn't delete the friends just the list. Sorry! Looks like you have to do it one by one. There are some old scripts that used to do this on the old facebook but I haven't found one for the new one. I just started looking though. Post up if anyone finds a solution.

Oh, and here's the link to that old script.
