Tracker not showing up

I have a friend that installed PackRat Tracker on Sunday. She said it was there for a few minutes but disappeared when she went to her vault to have it read in all her current cards. Any suggestions as to what might have caused this? I've looked at her machine remotely and I see Greasemonkey and it is working fine and other greasemonkey scripts are working for her. I do also see the Tracker listed but it still is not on screen anywhere. And no it is not just slide closed at the moment either. |

the vault-scanning i think might be broken, but it shouldn't have affected the script. what other scripts does your friend have installed? |

She had the flipper at one point until it was pulled. I'm wondering if Firefox came up with the script taking to long and then she disabled it somehow. But I'm not sure where to look to see if that is the case. |
