The hitlist works great now but after running for a couple of mins i get this message

This page is being heavily rate limited. Please avoid constantly refreshing this page.

then the script cant run any chance you can adjust the refresh rate?

Have you looked at other threads. I'm running 1.10 but in 1.11 there appears to be an option to help you avoid this problem: http://userscripts.org/topics/18807
