I'd really, really love to try this script out, but before I do, I was wondering if this violated any of either Facebook's policies, Mob Wars' policies, or somehow the law.

I'd say, use at your own risk. The creators of MW (FB), as well as those at FB itself, their employees, associates, affiliates, legal advisors and the friends & relatives of all mentioned thus far, may be quite unhappy about the usage of this script, which is a modified script of the subscript of GM. It may lead to the banning of your account in MW and/or FB, and massive spams of "I hate you" emails from those mentioned above. Other than that, I don't see much harm.
