This seems to have happened for quite a few of the fb apps. Here's what I know:

Pirates: Rule the Carribean - Worked up until about 2-13-2009
Vampire Wars - Worked up until sometime in Dec
Dragon Wars - Worked up until sometime in Dec
Mafia Wars - Worked up until whenever they switched their code. I do not believe anyone will be able to come up with a fix for this one based on how the URLs are posting now.

I'm trying to sign up for others to see if they haven't caught on to the others yet.
