Was there any chance of fixing the "video loads twice" bug. I know it's not my settings or PC because it's happened on every work computer I've installed the script on! When you load a video in a new tab it will begin to buffer, when you then switch to that tab the player will restart. You can also hear it restart after roughly 3 seconds if you don't switch tab but just listen to the audio. It doesn't happen exactly the same every time I play a video, anything I can do to help you find the cause?

Hello - in my youtube tab many things are doubled - this is a picture of what I mean:

Can you tell me how to fix this? I've uninstalled and re-installed the script. This is FF 8.0

Thanks

Is there any way you can incorporate this YouTube Aspect script - http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/101165 - into YouTube Enhancer or make it compatible? When both are enabled, they both break each other and don't work at all. Please include this feature!

Keep up the great work!

Not getting the double elements issue here, either from external links or not. Latest Firefox on Win7.

Latest Update: I think it made all HTML5 videos look like the regular player? But the videos autoplay and the buttons get a square box around them when pushed like Play / Volume

When Firefox updated itself from 11 to 12 videos started playing twice on top of each other. Pausing only stopped the visible copy. I think uninstalling greasemonkey partially fixed the problem. If I didn't open the video in a new tab, it would play normally. If opened in a new tab, it still played twice. I just reinstalled Firefox 11 and videos work properly again. Only playing once.

Since YouTube changed the layout (name and options moved from top to bottom), the script stopped working,
I'm getting the following errors:

Media Resizer Disabled : "watch-ratings-views" not found
Quality Selector Disabled : "watch-ratings-views" not found
Download Link Disabled : "watch-vid-title" not found

any news about an update in the near future?

I want to let you know that Autobuffer (stop autoplay, let it buffer) is not working at all; it just plays the video while buffering.
I am using Firefox Aurora (15.0a2) in Mac OS X Lion (10.7.4). I am also using Better Loopy besides Enhancer. I am not using HTML5 (though I would love to see it work properly with HTML5, as I don't have to deal with resource-hog Flash).

Guess this won't be updated anytime soon? I'd donate if there's even the smallest chance.

@re11ding: a quick fix for the script is editing it in greasemonkey and changing
l. 90 to read:

 "const WATCH_TITLE_DIV = 'watch7-headline'; // Div id[...]"

and l. 83 to read:
 "const WATCH_RATINGS_VIEW = 'watch7-content'; // Used to append[...]"

It's not exactly beautiful, but it gives you at least the very basics like download, settings, and some more...

Oh, and @GIJoe: thanks for the great script. Looking forward to the real update.
