strange hover effect

This script introduces some odd behavior in "more" menu hover effect BUT not in all Google Search Types. Look:
- Google WEB Search "more" menu ==> http://img518.imageshack.us/my.php?image=google... (NO blue background)
- Google BLOG Search "more" menu ==> http://img237.imageshack.us/my.php?image=google... (CORRECT!)
- Google IMAGES Search "more" menu ==> http://img155.imageshack.us/my.php?image=google... (INVISIBLE selection)
- Google NEWS Search "more" menu ==> http://img444.imageshack.us/my.php?image=google... (CORRECT)
