images.google.com is already included, that's correct. Therefore the script should work. As you can see here, it works for me. The thumbnail image is linked directly to the full sized image, the first link beneath points to the page containing the image and the second link (named Framed View) backs up the original Google link.

Please provide an URL on which this script fails for you and I'll have look at it.
