Per clownse's request, the userscript is only useful for a woot-off, if you want a detector of some kind, try the Woot Watcher add-on.

Very nice. I like this script. Made 2 minor changes:

First: Line 21 - Changed '% sold' to '% left'
Second: Added 'http://www.woot.com/WantOne.aspx' to the excluded pages.

Shows a percent bar, during woot-offs, instead of just the yellow bar with the spinning lights. Good for getting a feeling for how many items have sold.
