I like to be stealthy so always use AS for watches :-) I found the watchitnow bookmarklet but then I had a look at your script and it looks quite advanced. It is not a 5 minute job to add the watchitnow link so I will have to live without it.

Btw, great GM scripting mojo.

I do hope you find some time to extend it though.

@David Kaspar
Isn't this feature kind of redundant if you use watch lists in eBay?
Saying that i've never used watch lists in auctionsniper. Are there better features in the auctionsniper watch lists?
If i get chance i'll have a look (got another project on at the mo!)

A great script! Would it be possible to add a WatchItNow link as well?

I used to have a bookmarklet that did this and it would have been easy to modify you script to add this but I have lost the bookmarklet and I cannot locate it on the AS.com site anymore.

thanks

WooHoo, everything's fixed. Well at least the stuff that wasn't just me being thick.
....It was late, very late... I thought the "customize" was just a label, not a link in the watch list config. Seems perfectly clear this morning.
Try get that kind of support from Micro$oft :-)
Thanks, great work. I'll make a donation.

@Bruce Edge
Thanks for the feedback!
If you are using the original watch lists you need to click on the "Customise Display" link in the top left corner of the watch list and put "Item ID" in the columns to display
If you are using the beta version of My eBay then you need to click on the "Edit" link in the top right corner of the watch list and select "Customise..." then check "Item ID" and press apply.
As for the snipe link not appearing on the item pages. Well in my localisation of eBay (.co.uk) they display the items in a different way. Thanks for pointing it out! all fixed in v1.0.2... I hope!

Very cool script, much nicer than the original. Took me a while to figure out that I needed to enable the item number in the list display to get it to work though.
Also, it's not showing up on the my ebay -> watching list, there's no option to enable item numbers there.
There's also no snipe thingy on the main auction page either. In fact the only place I see it is on the search results list and on the items I'm sessing, which is kinda funny...
In short, great start, very cool, nice work, but not finished.
