I found that "popup window fixer" prevented the menu from working properly, disabling it on google pages works fine though :)

Thanks a bunch for making Google Desktop work--but there's still a problem--no link *to* google desktop via test or an icon. Any chance of that? :)

GoogleX rocks—but it is missing an icon for Google Desktop. It would be great if there was a version that included that icon. That would be really cool. BUG: I know this is probably not the right place for this, but it seems there’s a bug with Googlex that I can’t figure out how to fix. When I click on â€?Images“ there is no search box. The images aren't expanding and contracting for me. If you don't want to install an extension, I have a nice version of the GoogleX site at http://shiwej.com/googlex/ .

The search field does not appear on the site. It is overridden by the script.
