Interesting attempt on improving Linkifier... BUT.... there's a HUGE problem with anything that has quote u n d e f i n e d quote display ON USERSCRIPTS.ORG and your script. I had to spell it out so those running your script will be able to see what I'm talking about here "undefined" <-->

Keep at it... I'm still interested.

I've made some updates to this script.

A few sites this script breaks:
http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/index2.php
http://www.blastwavecomic.com/
http://drmcninja.com/page.php?pageNum=8&issue=7

It'd be nice if you could fix this ;-)

I would love if this GM Script could pick up www. as well.

Thank you very much! I think the script is fantastic, and it works wonderful with Opera.
Suggestion: Would it be possible to links Edonkey files, ed2k:// , and torrents that they don“t have code?

Many thanks! Now one of my bookmarked pages is actually useful.

Nice :), but still misses many urls without protocol (the most useful, because I use it over people written urls), there is also another case without protocol I would like you do, like example.com (defaulting to http like the browser does)

Text links are messed up if they have a ( or ) in them.
