Fixes include: * Dropping the tag above the first comment doesn't do wacky things anymore * Dropping/following the tag below the last comment doesn't tag the next/previous thread links * Eyecandy: The jumper fades in now * Handle zero comments gracefully * I'm now replacing the "mm new" links and text on the home pages, etc.
